The China Standard High Pressure Station Booster Piston Natural Gas Reciprocating CNG Oil Well Gas Compressor is designed to increase the pressure of natural gas on-site for refueling CNG vehicles. The process system includes a pressure regulation and metering device, desulfurization and dehydration equipment, natural gas compressor, CNG storage facilities, sequential control device, CNG refueling facilities, safety protection devices, electrical devices, CNG pipelines, and components.
Advantages:
Our compressors are highly reliable, incorporating technology from Austria’s LMF and Germany’s CHINAMFG Demag companies. The wearable parts, such as gas valves and piston rings, are sourced from Austria’s Hoerbiger company and have a lifespan exceeding 8000 hours. The system supports soft starting, allowing frequent start and stop cycles for the compressor. It has a wide intake range for broad adaptability. The overall skid-mounted structure results in low noise and easy installation in urban areas, leading to cost savings. It is equipped with a CHINAMFG PLC control system for high automation, ABB soft start (or variable frequency), and features automatic shutdown with audible and visual alarms in case of faults.
