Product Description
The reciprocating micro-oil/oil-free piston compressor is one of the flagship products of our factory in China. Working Principle of Piston Compressor
When the crankshaft of the piston compressor rotates, the piston reciprocates through the transmission of the connecting rod. The working volume formed by the inner wall of the cylinder, the cylinder head, and the top surface of the piston periodically changes. During the intake stroke, the gas flows into the cylinder through the intake valve. Then, during the compression stroke, the piston moves in the reverse direction, reducing the working volume and increasing the gas pressure. Finally, during the exhaust stroke, the exhaust valve opens, and the compressed gas is discharged from the cylinder. This process completes a work cycle.

Note: In the unloading process, the compressor pressurizes the gas from the storage tank and then presses it into the tank car through the gas-phase pipeline, completing the unloading process. Forced cooling is not necessary during this process. However, if it is necessary to recover residual gas, a cooler can be used to cool the gas phase during the recovery operation, expediting the recovery process. The loading process is the opposite of the unloading process.
